APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Northglenn

We are a family of 4 (9 month old & 10 year old Heeler/Husky mix) & we absolutely love living at Regatta. My girlfriend & I never saw our apartment before we moved into it. It's the perfect location, I love that we overlook the little courtyard. So quiet & peaceful. I work at a countertop company so I love that we have quartz countertops in the unit. The complex is very beautiful and almost has a village/fairytail vibe.

I have lived at the Regatta for 2 years and so far have had a wonderful experience. Every time I go into the office the front desk ladies are always so kind and helpful! Anytime I have ever had a maintenance issue they have came within 24 hours to take care of it, I have had some situations where it takes longer due to getting the correct parts but Andy is always on top of it! I would highly recommend looking into or moving into this wonderful community! Planning on staying for years to come!

I believe the property is amazing and the staff in the front office is outstanding the maintenance crew handles everything in a timely manner once it is approved and as far as the people here complaining about the late fees how about pay your bills on time and you won't have to worry about it overall very nice property and as long as you pay your bills on time and go by the rules you'll have a great experience

Like most places, these apartments have their ups and down but we have had a great experience overall. I appreciate the ladies in the front and the other crew members that help with repairs, they always treat us with respect and help us with any issues!

My review is for Rex and Andy. I've lived here for 3 plus years now. One good thing this place has going for them is an awesome maintenance crew. I've had a couple different maintenance issues living in my time here and Rex and Andy have always been here to fix the problem, quickly. They are knowledgeable in their jobs and of the properly. They are respectful and kind. I trust them in my home and I trust that whatever is wrong they will handle it. I hope this place knows just how lucky they are. If either of these guys ever decided to leave all of us would be in a bad way. I give 5 stars to maintenance.

My move in process was so easy and went so smooth, Johnika was the best at getting me all the information I needed, very professional and great communication. Thank you Johnika! I really enjoy my apartment so far and had nothing but great experience. I had maintenance issue and they responded right away and told me the plan. The gate is fully functional and no issues with amenities. I see some people upset about paying for guest parking but that’s pretty standard now with most communities and it’s actually a great idea to help control the parking lot and I do like they enforce the parking lot rules to help keep the parking lot less cluttered. The rules are simple and pretty standard, Follow the rules and there will be no issues. Overall, great experience so far.

Been here for 4 yrs. I can honestly say Melanie has made the complex safer and cleaner. Like to thank the whole regatta crew for an enjoyable stay

To many people take time to leave negative reviews when something goes wrong but not to many take the time to appreciate people when they do good! Love living here! Absolutely love the maintenance team they are a joy to talk to & get things done when I needed them. Front office is always friendly and help with any questions I have! 5 stars
