Brenda and the office team is very friendly, fast, helpful, and work really hard. Moved in for a week already. Glad i chose Regatta. Plenty of parking spaces and the community is very clean. The residents are very responsible of cleaning up after the pets. The interior of the house is very clean and did a great job of prepping for the next tenant to move in. I lived at other apartments before but so far Regatta apartment is very nice and clean(plumbing,outdoor storage, walls, kitchen, and everywhere in the house is excellent) The maintenance team Andy and Rex and other members are very friendly and efficient as well. Definitely a wonderful place to live and glad I made the right decision!!! Thank you to all the staff.

Jaymee and the gals in the office are quick and precise on when either answering a call or coming to the door in this pandemic to help answer a question!! They also have been working so great with the residents during this pandemic time to make sure they are able to get things fixed as well as with rent! We've been here for two years already and we are going on our third year!! They treat everyone like family!! Great place to live!

My family has lived at the Regatta for years. We just transferred units and there are not enough words of praise for how smooth and easy Tracy and Brenda made the transition for us. The ladies in the office are kind and always helpful. They have shown me exceptional patience answering every question I can come up with. The maintenance crew are the best at what they do and are absolutely wonderful people that I trust implicitly. I never used to let maintenance enter my unit without me present until I met Rex and Andy. The new unit is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend living at the Regatta.

THE maintenance man Rex, has saved me from so much grief! If you need a fancy lightbulb replaced, or to be talked off the ledge from all that can go wrong while fixing a water leak, he’s beyond reliable. Seriously, he’s the best! Thank you sir, for answering all my little maintenance questions!
