Francisco with maintenance is very friendly and helped out at our apartment twice already by fixing the outlet, the closet door, the front door and the shower head, and bathroom door minor touching up on apartment as we have just moved in. Customer service is 100% and nice with kids and dogs. Thank you for your service. ANJ

My dryer was Pushing out hot air all in the apartment. He came and he put a new clamp, new hose, and it's so nice to have a dryer that doesn't push out heat all-over The apartment also plus he was very courteous and on time

We have lived here for almost one year and we really like it! The office people are friendly, and they answer very quickly to our work orders. Francisco from maintenance came to fix our fan. He had it fixed in a matter of ten minutes, and he was very friendly as well!

Maintenance crew cares about the property. Office is very helpful. I have been here 3 yrs and is my second time living here. The pool is heated all year around and clear. I feel that usually bad reviews come from people that are not following the rules.
